• F.Y.I.

  Now I've got 190 good reasons to study hard for the real estate license exam. I just registered for the exam and paid the fee of 190 euros to participate. I will get the money back from my employer once I pass the exam... If I happen to fail (which I won't of course), my loss.

  As a matter of fact, I'm in the middle of studying matters in regards of selling an estate, different forms of it and so forth. Sooooo many details, so much to learn still...

  I'll just go and bury my head in books...
