Thanks. That's actually a 40.5 m² (436 sq ft) studio apartment with own sauna. The asking price is 105.000 euros (roughly $149.000). Paul, you're right about USD being a bit weak compared to euro at the moment. But I can't really benefit from it unless I come the US to spend my $$$.
