  • I do things when I have to

    The deadline came and went. I will be returning my homework tomorrow morning, a couple of days late. But at least I studied, I got it done -- and will study a lot more in the coming weeks.

    In my opinion the legal things regarding real estate business are not difficult. It's just that there's so much turf to cover that remembering and noticing all the little details is what makes it complicated. Oh well, gotta keep studying.
